Yeah. No I'm not going to ... well, you never can tell. But I know I AM going to Arizona for a week! I'll be attending the great illustrious school of NRU! So for the next while I may be out of the loop. I'm getting the next stage of education to effectively buy and sell homes for a profit! It is my goal to do at least one deal by the end of the year. When that happens I may do even more by the end of the year. heh heh heh.
I'll post if I can, but the hiking video project may be on hold a bit.

Great picture but a little too docile to accurately dipict the heat that is Arizona.
Good luck at school, tell me all about it when you get back.
Be sure to wear lots of sunblock or you'll get burned in the AZ!
