So, I've been tinkering around with the idea of being a Seminary teacher. I know that besides real estate investing teaching is my ideal job--- I think I inhaled too much pixie dust...
From what I know (which is limited) it'll be easy to get certified for it (i.e. less than a year) and will probably pay more than where I'm at now (customer service). Really, I just need to finish getting a degree and I'll get a pay boost where ever I'm at. But I just really like teaching-it's fun. I'll look into it in detail to night so hopefully it won't also delay photo's

I think you would make a Great Seminary Teacher! They need fun and excited people to teach the gospel to the youth.
I know that it is pretty competetive, but I don't think you need a teacher's certificate. There should be a "Teaching Seminary" class at your local institute. . . they can let you know more details. . .
